We design, manufacture, deliver and assemble professional animal feed grow rooms for commercial farmers worldwide. Our units produce from 250kg to 14-Tons per day. The feed produced from our grow rooms are fresh, organic with a high protein and energy value.
Our unit’s production cost is R700.00 per ton and it includes the seed, electricity and labour cost on an animal feed unit. We are a registered vendor for Standard Bank and have agricultural asset finance available on all our units. Our units are modular and can be easily extended or moved if required. It can also be run on solar only.
We also supply herb & spices, microgreens, micro-veggies and other types of grow rooms. These units look and cost the same as the feed unit.
The water requirements are 1200 liters per ton feed produced per day.
The labour requirements is 1-person for 1-ton produce for 1-houre per day
