About the Company
Our client are a highly successful letting agency, and due to strong success they have created a brand new position for a marketing executive to join the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with the company director in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the company, and the ideal candidate will be passionate enough to bring new ideas to the table, in order to capitalise in potential marketing opportunities.

The Position

The successful candidate will work alongside the director and marketing manager in developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy. This will include:-

•Content – writing and updating content for the company website, writing content that is SEO friendly.
•Social Media – updating and managing the company’s social media channels including Facebook and Twitter, engaging with users. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to source for new social media opportunities, including other relevant channels to use etc.
•Events – organise and manage events to promote the company.
•Design – Utilise various design packages including InDesign to create marketing collateral including leaflets and flyers.
•PPC – Manage the companies paid search campaigns
•Email marketing – develop email marketing campaigns, analysing their success and suggesting new methods for improvement.
•Work with an external marketing assistant on managing marketing campaigns for the company.
•The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to a senior marketing position within the company, and will have the opportunity to develop their own team.

Requirements
•At least 1-2 years’ experience within a marketing position
•Experience with PPC and SEO
•Strong writing skills
•The ability to work in a fast – paced environment
•A pro-active approach
