Item description

A financial services provider based in Paarl, seeking to employ a Short-Term Insurance Administrator on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide all round administrative support.

Duties:
Policy amendments – Both Domestic and Commercial Lines
Obtaining quotations from various insurance companies – Domestic & Commercial
Prepare Renewal documentation and report inconsistencies to Manager
Client services / General queries
Daily follow up and record keeping of claims
General administration
Reception
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
FSB RE5
3 years short-term insurance experience
NQF credits advantageous
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
Excellent communications skills (English and Afrikaans)
Attention to detail
Ability to work accurately and under pressure
Ability to prioritise
Good administration skills
Telephone etiquette
Neat and presentable
SALARY – R8000 to R10 000, depending on experience
